After the 2015 merger of Cushman & Wakefield and DTZ, the 400-office commercial real estate powerhouse was in need of a rebrand to unify and relaunch a global leader. This required the design and deployment of a new visual identity, company messaging, corporate collateral; an extensive library of templates, brand assets, business development tools; the development of guidelines, policies, internal systems and processes; communications, training, and oversight to ensure adaption and adherence. 

 

Managing a global brand is no easy task. You need a strong design system that is flexible and unique. A compelling story, told well and consistently across all channels.  The ability to reign in internal departments, teams and company initiatives to support the overall brand strategy and architecture. Strong leadership and commitment to excellence are at the helm of protecting a brand's integrity and evolution.
