Brand & Visual Identity
Global Merger Calls for New Visual Identity, Messaging & Collateral
After the 2015 merger of Cushman & Wakefield and DTZ, the 400-office commercial real estate powerhouse was in need of a rebrand to unify and relaunch a global leader. This required the design and deployment of a new visual identity, company messaging, corporate collateral; an extensive library of templates, brand assets, business development tools; the development of guidelines, policies, internal systems and processes; communications, training, and oversight to ensure adaption and adherence.
Managing a global brand is no easy task. You need a strong design system that is flexible and unique. A compelling story, told well and consistently across all channels. The ability to reign in internal departments, teams and company initiatives to support the overall brand strategy and architecture. Strong leadership and commitment to excellence are at the helm of protecting a brand's integrity and evolution.

LET'S CREATE SOMETHING AMAZING TOGETHER
Solid brand architecture and strong a design system allows freedom without sacrificing brand integrity
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are employee-led groups that foster diverse and inclusive workplaces and are a critical component to building a company culture where people feel valued and heard. While it is important that ERGs have their own identity, it is necessary to provide a framework for the naming, messaging and logo development that will support an overall brand architecture.
Logos include consistent elements that work in unison and establish continuity. An thoughtful communication plan highlights your commitment to diversity internally while externally focused campaigns built with sincerity can be a key recruiting tool.
The work showcased on this page shows a successful logo suite and various campaign assets that celebrates difference while clearly adhering to a strong design system and brand strategy.
