Trinity Capital and Starwood Capital Group are developing a groundbreaking 109-acre life science campus in the heart of the Raleigh-Durham Research Triangle. This dynamic campus will feature 1.5 million square feet of cutting-edge lab and bio-manufacturing space, along with vibrant retail, dining, parks, and recreation areas, elevating the experience for employees and visitors alike and redefining what’s possible in life science development.
 

To bring this project to life—and to market—the team crafted the Spark brand messaging and value proposition, expanding beyond the basic project details initially provided. They also designed a visual identity to complement the existing project logo. The result was a cohesive property brand, a dynamic suite of marketing assets, and a comprehensive two-year strategic marketing plan that garnered regional and national attention for the project.
 

The executed marketing plan included monthly touchpoints with targeted prospects through email campaigns, digital advertising, print media, events, and dimensional mailers. This campaign earned the 2023 Triangle CREW Champion Award for Most Creative Marketing Campaign.
